“Update: I got into contact with the office and the issue has been resolved. Lindsey was very pleasant to speak to. It looks like when they switched portals, it transferred my file funny which is why there was a billing issue. I’m just glad the problem has been resolved! I have had such great care taken by my practitioner and am happy to say I can keep seeing her :) I’ve been seeing an NP here for the management of my mental health care since 2022, and have been receiving care from this practice on and off since it was Osman and Associates. I’ve never had anything but wonderful experiences. The reason I’m leaving only 3 stars is because my cost per appointment doubled without notice when they switched patient portals. My insurance doesn’t cover this practice, so I was set up with self pay. My rate has been the same since I switched to self-pay last year, and it worked really well for me to continue to receive mental health care. Yesterday, I had to pay the inflated cost before I was able to even speak to my provider. It would be one thing if i had received communication about the change of cost, like the many texts and calls I got about the new patient portal, but I was completely blindsided by a price double what I was used to paying. I did call and leave a voicemail, and will update this review if this issue gets resolved.”
