“I am 17 and I had been going there for years until a year ago and I came back for therapy just recently. This has always been a very bad communicating place. The staff there are rude and judgemental and very inconsiderate. There is less than a handful that are nice. Most of them think they are untitled to control your decisions. They sit there and act like they're listening but in reality they make faces at you like your crazy. They always expect you to call when something happens but really it's their responsibility. This is not a friendly place and 10/10 do not recommend. 👎”

“I've been going to this place for 2 years they've helped me through so many problems I recommend going here. The only issue is they have problems answering the phone. But they are very polite”

“Had a great experience there. I had a hard time adjusting but Maddy, Gary, Ashley,genie , Aaron etc. Really helped me through everything. They even have an attorney destiny who can help alot to. 3 meals a day, they will pick you up, they have snack's, & more! Yes you can smoke in various breaks throughout the day. I wish I could've stayed longer than 3 days.”

“I’ve been going here on and off for years. I had an appointment card with the date on it. When I showed up for my appointment I was told they had dropped me for being a no call no show to two appointments I never even knew I had. When I told them they were wrong and I had the appointment card they refused to listen and blamed it on me instead. I was left without any help during one of the worst times of my life because they messed up their own files. Most of the people here don’t feel like they care, they don’t treat you kindly. Josh was the only person I felt truly comfortable with there and unfortunately he couldn’t keep me as a client with his promotion. You’re one of the only facilities in this area that a lot of people have access to. Do better for your clients.”
