“I have first hand witnessed the alienation of a parent by this woman, Charlene Heck, in the counseling of a minor. She behaved unethically and unprofessionally. My husband has revoked consent numerous times, and she still continues to see my step daughter. She had never spoken with my husband prior to treating my step daughter and has never allowed him in sessions. If I could give 0 stars, I would. She should not have a license to practice and she shouldn't be in the position to leave an impression on growing minds. Every member of staff that I had contact with was extremely unprofessional. You never know which side of the alienation you're going to be on, so I wouldn't risk it.”
