What patients say on Google
“Only place that I've been to that doesn't judge me about only my past and even help those who don't have insurance and the main reason for their addiction in the first plac an and or even let their patients have there own opinion and or listen to advise on their diagnosis instead of not letting u decide and or care what u think u know about the very meds they r giving u and that hasn't ever happened to me so great and caring workers that also understand and know me by getting to know me in person not just what is wrote on files in the past and only that. They really try hard to help and or offered make home visits w no vehicle I had at one point so the best Drs yet in my opinion😍”
“I tried to make an appt for meds and they told me I had to sign up for Safetynet insurance and kept transferring me to a # that says 9999 is full and cuts you off. So, I never got an appt. I have to try to be there before everyone else so I can be seen at 8 or 1 on Wed or Friday. Sick and I called them 5 different times to try to get an appt. And I’m bipolar and they don’t care”
“I have been seen in the Oak Ridge office for years. No one has ever given me any troubles. My calls have ALWAYS been answered. My appointments have always been positive. When I was laid off, they did the paperwork for safety net to ensure I was going to be receiving my medication as prescribed. I have nothing negative to say about this place.”
“They don't answer the phone and don't call back. They can't be bothered to spend more than about 30 seconds with each patient, and it's a different practitioner almost every time; they can't keep people (as if they listen to or even care about you, anyway). God forbid they send you the links for your video appointments. There have been a few times I've shown up for in-person appointments only to be told they were cancelled because they couldn't be bothered to call (in both cases, because the practitioner left the practice, which of course nobody told me). Also seems that they hire the rudest front desk assistants they can find (only a couple have been really good); one of which even implied that I just stop taking my meds when I told her I was out of my medication and couldn't reschedule my appointment (I was about 15 minutes late to this appointment due to a wreck on the interstate) for later that week. This isn't exclusive to the Anderson office, either; the entire practice is garbage.”
