“I called to make an appointment and asked if she could verify if my insurance was accepted. The receptionist said I would need to figure that out on my own. I asked her why she couldn't put it in their computer system and check it. She ignored my question and asked me how old I was. I told her and she informed me that they don't treat geriatric people. I told her I was in no way geriatric and she told me if I was over 50 they wouldn't treat me. When I told her I was going to leave a review telling the public about their descrimination against age policy, she said I was confused. I asked her what part I was confused on and she asked me to give her my insurance information so she could check it. I told her I was now VERY confused because initially she had told me I had to check the insurance and that I was geriatric and therefore not treatable. She told me she would take down my information and check with the doctor. Needless to say, I would not recommend this place for helping out with physiciatric needs.”

Beyond that, she offers practical strategies and healthy habits I can use day to day, which has been really helpful. I’ve felt supported and well-guided throughout the process. The staff has always been polite, and the office is well-run in terms of professionalism, timeliness, and organization, with a welcoming and calm environment that makes visits easier.”
