“Horrible horrible horrible. Delma the charge nurse on 4th floor was not good AT ALL. Needs her lisc taken away. Dr Patel hands down… Un acceptable & horrible. Could care less! Veer away from this place TRUST me!!! They neglected my poor mother past the point of any return. 3 weeks straight. It was God awful. I will never. not think about her poor cate & horrible condition & also the pain & suffering she insured for the rest of my life. They killed her! .”
“Im sick to my stomach thinking about what they did to my wife. She was an ECO (1013) for suicide attempt due to us loosing our insurance and not being able to get her meds. She has been there 3 days, chained to a bed with NO MEDS. They have not given her any meds at all and she’s there because she needs them. Without them her brain is chemically imbalanced. She also has not had any hygiene since she has been there, they are treating her like she’s in jail. Making her head worse. They are sending her home worse then when she was admitted. I’ll never allow her to go here again since this will happen often due to us not being eligible for insurance anymore. Also she just had back surgery, they don’t care. They won’t let her lay on her side because she needs to be chained to a bed. She just had a spinal fusion.”
“I had a rough start there. I was put in a restraint five minutes after getting there since I was in danger of harming myself. I like that the boys and girls aren’t separated. It was nice to be in mixed company. The staff and patients there were really nice.”
“This place really cares been here several times as a kid 1 time when I got out of the military 1 time and was sent to the veterans administration the staff really want to help you the nursing administrator ms Lucy really cares about the patients and staff truly thankful to maryview Behavioral health and cant complain patients scare me sometimes when they get angry at staff but any issues small or big staff are helpful last time I was here I was having bad involuntary movements from my meds and in a 3 days dr starkey was able to slow the involuntary movements and by my discharge I still had involuntary movements but safe enough to go home staff here are committed people who show there care and generosity in their work”
