“They are kind. But that is about the only thing going for them. I've had missed appointments because the Dr. called early, and since I didn't answer chose not to call at our scheduled time. Multiple times I have had issues with being told I would have a script sent to my pharmacy and it wasn't done. It takes a long time to get a response to communication, regardless if you call or message in the portal (forget about ever actually being able to talk to somebody directly straight away). These issues have caused extreme delay in treatment and medication.”

“Where do I start!?!? My child went to many sessions. Medication was discussed but guess what they are not Drs and can’t write prescription, but they will suggest them. Waste of time!”
