“Saw Anika Wilson when I first moved to Huntsville a couple years ago. I do not recommended her for mental health needs. She does not display empathy or care and the only way I can explain it is that she acts like a literal robot. Giving the benefit of the doubt I hope that’s not how she wants to come off and it may be her personality but it’s not easy telling someone your struggles and how you need help when they just stare at a computer or look at you. Also can NEVER get them on the phone for medication or scheduling appts.”

“After reading several poor reviews for Dr. Anika, I’ve realized that it is very common for this doctor’s office to not answer the phone or return phone calls. You can call 3 times in one day, and they will not answer, and very rarely return your calls after messages. One visit the receptionist gave me a very hard time about insurances, she tried to accuse me of insurance fraud because I had two insurances. In what world is having two insurances a crime? I was very puzzled and tried to explain to her that he still had the same insurance they accepted so why is she telling me after this last visit they will not be able to see my son? Turns out later that day a woman from a different department called me and told me she had no idea why the receptionist was telling me that and that my son was still a patient. My first impression of Dr. Anika was that she seem annoyed, uninterested, and bothered that an 8 year old boy was sitting in her presence. She was very cold and came off almost judgmental because of how nonchalant she was. She tried to prescribe my 8 year old son adderall without getting to know more of my son and his behaviors. Stay away from this doctor’s office.”

“Dr. Wilson is a brilliant lady, which makes for her being an excellent doctor. I came in on a short timeline (graduate school was starting soon and I had a host of issues), but she completely fixed me up. She picked up on a problem which I hadn’t even considered having, and absolutely resolved it, which resolved several other issues as well. I’ve become a significantly more functional, confident human being thanks to her help. Be open and trust her, because she absolutely knows what she’s doing.”

“I would like to say that dr. Wilson was extremely nice and helpful and was so caring. I felt right at home there . First when I got to the office I was greeted by a friendly staff . Brittany was the one who checked me in and she was extremely nice . As I was leaving I was checked out by I believe Amber and she was very funny and outgoing and made me feel extremely welcomed. She really Work very well and greeted every patient by name . That made me feel that I was in the right place because to me that was special and one thing I know is they care . This is definitely a place I recommend . Dr. Wilson and Amber and Brittany was someone that I was glad to meet and can’t wait to go back so that I can feel welcomed again. 5 ⭐️.”
