“I hate to leave such a bad review of a business, but I feel inclined to do so in this case as this place is run so poorly. Possibly the biggest offense of this office is that I devoted many hours to receive testing from them. After multiple sessions, they informed me that their psychologist quit and they can no longer assist in testing. I called the office to get some answers, or at least a referral. I received nothing of the sort. I called the office countless times and left multiple voicemails. I tried talking to my therapist if she knew any information. I did not receive any guidance after this. No answers, no further testing, no referrals, nothing. Of course I was charged for all of these useless testing sessions and never reimbursed. They completely wasted my time. I understand that staff can unexpectedly quit, but I received no help, information, or compensation after the fact. I would not recommend the therapy from here either. I don't want to accidentally slander my former therapist or provide potentially inaccurate or biased information, so I will omit the details of why I did not like the therapy. All I will include is that my therapist was a bad match for me. (They assigned me a therapist after I took a survey.) As other reviews have stated, the billing from this company was not done properly. It is not clear how much money you owe. They will randomly send you multiple bills at once, making it very confusing as to what/when the bills are from since the invoices provide no details. The bills will state they are overdue even though they were just sent. It is difficult to access your bill and pay it. Eventually they started automatically charging my card out of nowhere, without my consent for automatic billing. I probably ended up paying them for more sessions than I ever scheduled (I remember thinking I was being sent too many bills/receipts), but considering how confusing everything was, the random onslaughts of bills and receipts, the lack of information included in invoices, and the complete lack of communication from the staff made it impossible and tiring to figure out what was going on. I've had my fair share of experience in the field of mental health, as someone who has been on the receiving end of it for many years as well as going to school for it and research into the field. This is the worst company I've had experience with as far as testing and billing goes. I highly recommend going elsewhere for therapy unless this is your only option. Don't bother going here for testing at all. It will be a waste of time, effort, and money. This entire experience was beyond frustrating!”

“the testing was fine, make sure they accept your insurance but they accepted mine. problem came in when i had my last test and they the didn’t contact us for 3 MONTHS!!!!!! then, when they got back to us, i came there to find they had LOST MY FILE!!!! they couldn’t finish my testing. DO NOT trust this place. the tester doesn’t even have his license!!!! he got the job because he’s the owners son. waste of 6 months.”

“Seeing recent issues be resolved through these Google reviews definitely grabbed my attention and warranted a 1-star from me. I've been dealing with billing issues for months, not to mention the way my child hasn't been able to get the testing results that we've been waiting on. Evonne has had to reschedule us multiple times, and she only schedules weeks out in advance. I've called multiple times to try and resolve things, and the very sweet people at the front desk are always patient with me and helpful, but there's no way to speak to the owner without scheduling something weeks away. Apparently all you need to actually do is complain hard enough on here, so here I am.”

“I am happy to say Life Strive has definitely turned my experience into something positive by rectifying all of the billing issues. Nicole, who is in charge of billing and the office manager spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me explaining the process and going through step-by-step each of my concerns. I greatly appreciate everything that she has done to rectify all of my questions and concerns. I do, however, feel that the front office staff or receptionist needs to be a little bit more clear and helpful and explaining the whole process of how to reach out to have my questions and concerns answered. I also feel there are still some technical difficulties in dealing with the patient portal and also some connection issues with the video connections to your therapist, however, after working out a lot of the issues with Nicole, I feel confident that they will continue to only make my experience more satisfying and less frustrating which I’m very happy about because I absolutely love my therapist Kristi.”
