“The psychiatrist I met (Joseph Bechworth), tbh he was the best of all the psychiatrist I have encountered till now. Also, I loved the ambience, and the energy. He was respectful, present, and seemed genuinely sincere. Even the receptionist was so sweet. I will definitely suggest anyone to this place (though I don't know other doctors in this facility).”

“Extremely disappointing first experience. An appointment was scheduled for this morning, but upon arrival, the front desk stated that the doctor was not in the office on Mondays and only sees patients virtually that day. The explanation provided was that they “had no number to call,” despite the practice having sent multiple texts, emails, and other communications. What made this situation even more frustrating was the complete lack of accountability or effort to resolve the issue. The front desk staff repeatedly stated there was nothing they could do, and a request to speak with the office manager was denied. A callback was requested, but no resolution was provided. This was supposed to be the first appointment with this provider, and unfortunately this was an extremely poor first impression. A failure within the office’s scheduling and communication process resulted in a wasted trip, time taken away from work, and now a wait of over a month for the next available appointment. There was no ownership, no solution offered, and no attempt to make things right. For a healthcare provider, this level of disorganization and lack of concern is unacceptable.”

“Booking experience was difficult. Wanted me to upload personal gov id docs on a non secure site. Argued with me about it. No one ever answered the phone or called back. Local office much better but took weeks to get an appointment. They need to do much better.”
