“Predatory!! This review is not specifically to this location or any location in particular. My therapist was okay. In 2024 I used their services to receive adhd medication after my diagnosis. I went to 2 visits and had insurance. I ended up paying over $400 out of pocket for those two visits. While inconvenient, especially for someone who was fresh out of college with no money, that in particular was not the issue. The issue, and the reason I'm making this review 2 years and some months after my last date of service, was because they keep billing you. $60 here, $120 there. Today I received a $100 bill for services received in April of 2024! What?!?! After speaking with my insurance and the billing department, yes this bill is real and yes, I owe them. Now I've payed over $500 for 2 visits. Stay away unless you got $$$$$. I get better therapy for much cheaper and I go through my primary care for my ADHD meds.”

“Loved Britney Stark. She really took the time to get to know Krystal. Asked her a lot of questions and gave some great advice. She’s not a Dr who likes to over-medicate, which I totally appreciate. Highly recommend her.”

“So far not so good. I wasn’t aware of the time change with my 1st app and was charged 75$. The 2nd app I paid my copay to be told I was in the system wrong. I’ve talked with the company multiple times and still have a balance of 125. I think after mondays appointment, bc I didn’t have enough time to cancel in 48 business hours on a Thursday I’ll be canceling and finding somewhere else.”

“Absolutely unacceptable and horrendous business practices. I had ADHD testing scheduled for 4 months. I’ve been waiting since December for this appointment, day finally came. Upon arriving at the front desk, I was informed that my practitioner I was scheduled with was no longer at the practice. Okay, no big deal I thought. Incorrect. Not only was I informed that they have no psychiatrists in the state of Kentucky that could perform the testing (kinda unbelievable bs if you ask me) but they claimed they tried to reach out multiple times to let me know my appointment was cancelled. This was completely false. No contact attempts were made. I showed the receptionist my call and text history, including texts that verified my appointment was for today. In which he said “it must have been a glitch in the system.” No. Someone just completely dropped the ball and didn’t do their job. Don’t blame a system that is completely and entirely run by human beings. Unbelievable. Just one simple phone call could’ve prevented me from having to wait another 4+ months for an appointment at a different practice. No amount of BS excuses will repair their broken trust. Not only did they waste my afternoon, but also 4 months of my life searching for answers and awaiting treatment were out the window. We all know booking with a psychiatrist is not easy, it’s a long arduous wait no matter where you go. Lifestance played with my mental wellbeing and offered no solutions to the problem. That is unforgivable.”
