“Arrived at supposedly the correct location, and probably 5+ minutes early. Place was shut down. Triple checked the address, time and date. Of course their office is closed on the weekends so I couldn't get a hold of anyone but voicemail services. Called my therapist several times with no response. Even knocked on the office door. Either I was scheduled when they were closed or messed something up? I don't know....they don't make it easy to find out. As a person with severe anxiety this whole situation sucked. I'm leaving this review to ask lifestance to please figure out their patient portal or give voicemail center access to appointment dates.....”
