“Scheduled my first therapy session with this office. Was very excited to finally go in and get some help, I even had to switch my whole day around to make it to the earliest session they had. First time here and had to get buzzed in because they dont have a receptionist at the denton office. The lady that buzzed me in told me she let my therapist know i was there and would be out shortly. I waited 23 minutes and I just left (was scheduled for an hour session) since there was no receptionist i called the number I called originally to schedule an appointment and let them know what happened, once they called around to figure out what happened they let me know that my therapist wasn't able to show up at the time I was scheduled and someone should have contacted me to reschedule. That honestly made me laugh because when you call in to schedule an appointment they remind you Several times that there is a $100 charge if you have you have to cancel an appointment less than 48 hours but because im a patient they just say sorry can we reschedule you. I got my copay back and won't be coming back here. They should look into getting a receptionist it might be helpful scheduling and miscommunication issues.”

“It’s all about money, if you want help you are suppose to pay money. If you don’t have money they cancel your appointments. Leaving you helpless. No medication and no support.”

“They charged me $40 when I had already met my deductible, argued with me telling me that I owed it when I told them I had already met my deductible. Turns out I was right and they gave me a $40 credit which I can’t use because I’m always having billing issues with them. You’ll have a session and then months later they’ll charge you and then say that you have a late fee.”
