What patients say on Google
“-5 Stars for the older lady with the most hateful attitude, acts like her job is all your fault, forgets what she says and does or doesn't do, she has caused several charts to close multiple times! +5 stars ONLY FOR office manager Garret, the nurse, and therapist Velmisha from the Valdosta location, Need more people like them!”
“Every visit I would have was either a hour plus wait or my appointment was changed without a heads up, mind you I live an hour away. Well 2 therapist and a doctor later (all video chats and never face to face) I finally had a plan worked out that worked for me. lol, I was notified that I needed to come in soon (about 2 months after I had everything going good) my therapist that had me set up quit come to find out and the new person wanted to evaluate me. He completely changed everything up (where I seen this doctor or whatever was getting a check from pharma) changed my meds up and would only push meds that had me like a damn vegetable tbh or “zombied out”. After telling him it wasn’t working, he said there was nothing else he could do. I requested a new one and the same thing. I was basically a lab rat for a pharmaceutical company. So, all that to say this, they don’t care about you, they just see you as a test subject with no compassion to help.”
“Awful experiences here, with no help or concern whatsoever. They will push medication but make you jump through hoops to get it. Sometimes they won’t even answer the phone. They never called me back for an appointment and canceled my chart, so I had to redo all of my paperwork and I have had to wait for about 7 hours over a period of 3 days and I still don’t have my medication yet. If you have a chance to go anywhere else take it. Do not come here!”
“Terrible experience. Been going for 3 years and EVERY single appointment is either changed, canceled or missing WITHOUT being informed of it. Schedule an appointment and show up just to continue to waste your entire day sitting in the lobby waiting for them to decide to see you. You never get the same doctor or therapist. Customer service skills clearly are not required for this job. 10 out 10 DO NOT recommend.”
