“I had such a wonderful experience here. Aneisa is amazing at what she does and truly made a difference in my life. She supported me through a difficult time in my life and helped me grow so much. Even after I was discharged as a client, she went above and beyond for me when I needed paperwork. I also want to recognize the receptionist (can’t remember her name) she was always so kind and incredibly helpful. She was always quick to assist me and I have no doubt the whole staff there is wonderful. I’m beyond grateful for the care and support I received here and highly recommend them!”

“Dr. Patel and Cindy Mathis are a great team for my son. Dr. Patel is patient and listens to my concerns and makes sure that he and Cindy come up with a plan to get the concerns addressed. I have seen so much growth and positive change with my son since he has been going to the office. Cindy is patient and very observant with my son. She has gotten to know my son's behaviors and knows how to address them. When my son first started going to the office he did not like going but he is now okay with going because he is so comfortable. The main things that I like about Dr. Patel and Cindy is that they hold my son accountable for his behaviors, builds his self-esteem, encourages him, and gives me tips on how to deal with my son by observing our interaction while we're in the office which is very appreciated. The staff at AR Psychiatric is very professional, friendly and helpful. Thank you AR Psychiatric.”

“Called and scheduled a family member a counseling session, we were patients 5+ years ago for a few sessions and were referred to here again by our family doctor. I made the appt and due to school conflict and after school activities I had completely forgot about, I called to reschedule the appt. The front desk clerk or operater whatever you wanna call her/him ( I barely understood the person because of a foreign accent) VERY RUDE, SPITEFUL. I mention our delima and wanted to reschedule the rude whatever informed me I wasn't allowed to reschedule due to us not showing up for an appointment 5+ years ago. If I was not going to make it to this appt then the therapist would not see our family again. I was shocked, I informed the rude whatever that we needed the services could we please reschedule and the person hung up on me! I would hate to think anyone including children would be experiencing suicidal thoughts or tendencies due to not having someone to talk to over a missed appointment from 5+ years ago. If it wasn't for our AWESOME primary care physician referral to another doctor I myself would have had to schedule a few appts due to paying a visit to the front desk of that office. I wouldn't recommend or even suggest a phone call to have to deal with that office and it's UNPROFESSIONALISM!”

“I could only give 1 star. Dr. Patell has ZERO patient compassion. He will be happy to tell you, (as he told me) that HE is a medicine doctor and NOT a talking doctor (after I told him I had some concerns about my care). He has somewhat of a ego, or "God" complex. He WILL NOT listen to the patients concerns and requests. Wonder how many people he's MADE slip through the cracks? Glad I found out for myself before I trusted him with my daughter. The office manager is totally unprofessional . Where else is a office manager allowed to give her medical opinions to patients? She told me "a good parent doesn't give a screaming baby what they want" . Is this even medically ethical?”
