“I have never been more insulted or disappointed by the service I received from this establishment. After the passing of the provider I originally began treatment with, no one communicated with me about the change or even informed me that I had been reassigned to another counselor. Unfortunately, my experience with Stephanie was extremely unpleasant. She came across as rude, dismissive, flippant, and contradictory — everything you would hope a counselor would not be, especially when someone is seeking support during difficult times. I can give more details, but will leave that for the health board to investigate. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share this because I am genuinely saddened and disappointed by the way I was treated here. Mr. F did his best to speak sense… and the front desk was amazing. The operator V is as horrid as they come and I encourage anyone to listen to the way she spoke to me, as well as Stephanie..I sincerely hope this establishment takes a closer look at how clients are being handled moving forward. and potentially higher medical providers that are actually PhD . Thumbs down.”

“This facility shouldn’t even get one star but that is the only option. I have never experienced a more incompetent, unprofessional, group of people. When I saw Callie Calloway, I never had a single problem. Since I got insurance and was forced not switch to a new doctor, it’s been horrible. The first inpatient appointment with the new doctor was at 10am. I drove there and they told me the doctor was out that day. They never gave me an explanation or apology. They never called me to tell me she wasn’t coming in before I drove all the way there. Once I got my in office appointment, I assumed everything would be good. Wrong. For 2 months I have been asking the same people over and over and over to please send my prescriptions to the mail in pharmacy my insurance REQUIRES. I was told they couldn’t, I was told they would, I was told they did, and now they won’t even return my calls. They have done nothing. I have sat on the phone with my insurance company in tears and they told me it is absolutely cruel to treat a patient this way. I wouldn’t recommend this to facility to ANYONE. Ever. Find literally anywhere else.”

“I had moved from Pittsburgh PA where I had a residential status for approximately 18 years. I then properly decided to attest put on stall JDP Fitness Management. Sorry getting ahead of myself in on Oct, 6th 2004 I suffered a Sever TBI, in a coma for 30 days unresponsive just waiting from the time of my passing Because of my genetic makeup I woke up slightly bit surely as I was brought through the ambulatory process, as well as going my comprehensive nature back within 5-6 years and slightly longer than what is not personaly perceived. Received wonderful service to help along the way, became established with my business profile through it to the side and came to Pensacila Flirida to take care of my grandparents and father before there passing. Was unable to find a proper physician or nurse practitioner here in this area. But then one day through my search found Jessica Swanson, she is so well versed and understanding of the process of TBI but all in all thorough with her psychiatric evaluations of the needs at hand by way of needs assessment.”

“Other than the people who doesn’t answer phone calls or have clients on hold for 30 mins plus on several different occasions( please fix this) Dr. Stephanie is amazing along with case managers. But there’s no REASON why anyone should have to wait for hours for a simple call back. The people working the phones do NOT do their job with passion at all. Once again I’m waiting for a simple refill on my medication. There was only one person that helped me beforehand with this issue and I hate that I cannot remember her name. But other than that the staff are lazy and unprofessional.”
