“Longest wait time ever! Waited 40 mins after our appt and still wasn’t called back. My son now has a new dr, we love him and our wait time was 10 mins before being seen”

“the staff in this office are very rude i went for my appointment so i waited over 20 mins to be serviced i asked to reschedule the lady came over and said ok we will just tell medicaid that she is refusing her service. i stated no im not i just want to reschedule she started mocking me saying i didnt say that . So i said alright i will just wait and if it take more than 1 hour they are just being nasty. so another lady came to the door calling our name i placed my newborn on the table and they lady proceeded to touch her. I asked her if she is gonna wash her hands . she stated she already did , so i said i didnt see you wash them can you wash them again. i asked if she was a nurse she saie yea She got upset and washed her hands and walked out saying im done. so the same lady that was mocking me in the beginning came and said oh let me handle it. So i said no i dont want you servicing or touching my child AT ALL . She stated well im the only nurse, so either i service you or no one else here will because they arent nurses. But the previous lady just told me that she was a nurse. So why was she doing the nurse job if she isn't a nurse. i said well i dont want your service call the doctor she aaid no you can stay here all you want but im done. so i asked her for my info and paperwork so i can go to a different doctor she started calling the police . she told the police there is a black lady here being disruptive and unruly and for someone to come remove me. NOT ONCE DID SHE TELL ME TO LEAVE IN FACT SHE TOLD ME TO STAY !!!! NONE OF THE "NURSES" HAVE ANY BADGES IM NOT EVEN AWARE OF ANY OF THEIR NAMES BUT IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA IT IS REQUIRED FOR ANY ONE PHYSICALLY TREATING SOMEONE TO HAVE A BADGE . OR SOME KIND OF IDENTIFICATION. They were going to lie to medicaid and lied to the police saying i didnt wanna leave .Make sure when you go here BE CAREFUL WHEN THEY ARE DEALING WITH YOUR KIDS ESPECIALLY NEWBORNS !!!”
