“Going to a new practitioner is always a little nerve-wracking, but the office staff and Kelly made me feel comfortable immediately. It is a very relaxed office with a small waiting area and I felt at home the moment I met Kelly. She is quiet, warm, and very kind. We discussed my history, thoroughly went over my medications, both for mental health and physical problems. I told her that my goal was to either cut back on psyche meds or eliminate them altogether and get on a natural path. We wound up eliminating one medication which was making me extremely foggy and cutting back on another to see how it affected me. She is a great listener, and I must say that because I’ve been isolating a lot because of panic attacks and my mobility limitations, so I talked a lot! I look forward to continuing our work together. She also referred me to therapist Ed Hoffman, whom I have not seen yet. My only criticism is not of Kelly, but of Mindpath. Appointments must be either in person or on telehealth. I am not comfortable with telehealth and wish that we could just do phone calls if my mobility is not good that day, but Mindpath cannot be paid just for a phone call. I wish they would be more flexible about that.”
