What patients say on Google

“This place has been a blessing I have experienced a lot of growth and have implemented a lot of the things that I have through the class I went through and looking forward to meeting my therapist.”
Joel Haan
“They are totally helpful with helping me understand things and keep me mentally balanced”

“Absolutely a terrible experience for me being a poor, disabled person. They have hoops to jump through for everything and they absolutely do not like to let clients leave their service. You will be forced to get a second Psych if the first one does a terrible job and they will make you wait weeks as if it's your own fault. You have to personally ask for login information to manage your own case instead of it being public. They expect you to have a phone and an active phone number and won't let you send files over their wifi because their public wifi is turned off. If you need help with your Medicaid coverage they will make you drive every where and hand deliver paperwork. They fully expect you to be able to talk to people and honestly do not care about my anxiety and still won't let me leave their service to this day. I can't go to WMED like I want too. I would give this place a 0 if I could. There is nothing easy about their service which is stupid and regressive. Careful if you get an older psych and you smoke marijuana because they are willing to brand you as an addict on file. They even have the nerve to call you up and ask why you haven't made another appointment yet and then heavily push you to get an appointment even if you explain that it's ISK ITSELF THAT I HAVE AVOIDED FOR 6 MONTHS. Very very willing to blame you even if you have double depression noted on file. None of it makes sense to me.”
Michael Tencza
“This is somewhere I reached out to for help and they're not helpful. The only thing they're good for is diagnosing and counsel sessions and prescribing pills. That does not help solve any problems. Sometimes yes. But real problems most mental health patients have are stability. And being homeless is not stable. Those are real mental issues that are not addressed or helped by all these agencies . . . They need to really help more and getting people real housing . Not a shelter. I am not a fan ... of the bueracracy”
