“For the second time in two years I was denied services. I can't imagine what kinda condition you have to be in to get help. I went as far as telling them I have suisidsu thoughts day in and out, I have a hard time with normal life opsticals that I can't keep a job. I have no motivation and nothing to motivate me. Then I just asked for a list of my perscription history and they don't have it because it wasn't transferred to the new buildings computer systems..... SMH what is wrong with your screening system as well. How is it that I have to be on a roof top ready to jump to be able to get your attention or a written description for my planned suicide?!?! This really scares me for those who haven't been heard before myself. How many other people will not get a next time? Horrible horrible horrible that it has to be like this. Good luck. Please call someone else before you try to talk to them and poor your heart out for an hour to be told I don't reach their criteria. They should be ashamed of themselves.”

“After an overnight stay in the hospital for mental health issues, I was discharged and referred to KCMH to get the mental health help that I desperately needed. They deemed me ineligible to receive help and referred me elsewhere, and have probably played a part in future mental health episodes that I'm sure to have without proper psychiatric help.”
