“I cannot recommend Journey Recovery for anyone under a strict time-sensitive schedule or court mandate. After being 9 minutes late on Tuesday, I was told to reschedule. I explicitly asked for Thursday because of transportation limitations, and the staff confirmed that Thursday was 'perfect' due to more available slots. ​I arrived on Thursday one hour early to ensure compliance, only to be sent away again with no explanation. This lack of communication and consistency is a barrier to recovery. I have since moved my treatment to Brightview, where the intake process was professional and reliable.”
