What patients say on Google
“--- I've been going to the Joslin Center, and it's been really great for me. After dealing with depression for a long time, I started seeing my therapist Sandra Hanley. She has helped me so much. She's very understanding and empowering. A lot of people told me she's really good at what she does, and I completely agree. I'm so grateful to her. The Joslin Center is an amazing place, and my therapist Sandra Hanley is wonderful.”
“Awesome place, remember to keep trying till you find the right one”
“I won't trust my child to a provider who didn't find it necessary to answer phone calls and emails for 2.5 months. Yes, that's how long we were on their waiting list. Please, seek help somewhere else. With mental health, time is of the essence.”
“I see a therapist at Josselyn, and don’t have an issue with her. What I’m frustrated with is their psychiatric department not responding to refill requests. My pharmacy submitted a request a week ago, they did not respond. I called, asking them to please send the refill and they haven’t called me back or send in the refill. It is irresponsible and unconscionable to let a patient run out of a medication and not even care enough to return a phone call!”
