“I’m not sure what kind of scams are being operated in this facility, but be warned. I live across the country and have never even heard of this office before (much less been to New York). Until the other day when I received a statement in the mail saying I owe $75 for a No Show fee from a Kristine Bailey. Never have I been in communication with this office nor have I attempted to make an appointment here. How they got my name and address, I have absolutely no clue and is honestly very concerning. Upon receiving this statement, I tried contacting the email they listed, just to receive an automated response saying I don’t have permission to send them messages (probably because I’m not a patient of theirs). If any sort of management sees this review, I urge you to PLEASE remove my information from your system and resolve this issue.”
