“Visited due to being in a mental health crisis. I didn’t want to spend another day in bed doing nothing or worse. They barely asked me any questions, told me I could call their helpline (so why was I even there then???) or be referred to ICS. I asked what ICS was and they said they would bring someone in to discuss it with me, which never happened. They offered to have someone else call to check on me later but that was all they could do for me. I told them I was feeling worse because I tried to get help and felt like they weren’t able to help me, and they just stared at me. If you are in crisis go to the ER or literally anywhere else.”
