“Unfortunate experience. I had been waiting a month for my first appointment. Arrived early and was told I don’t have an appointment today or none in the future. I had called May 15, Amber returned my call on May 20 to schedule appointment for June 18 with Tracey. I even received a confirmation text on June 16 that I responded to. My question: why is my information in your system but I am not scheduled for an appointment?”

“They are the absolute WORST. Trying to get a hold of them is a nightmare. If you call, nobody answers. If you leave a message, nobody calls back for days and if you don’t answer, nobody leaves a message. My kid has been without her meds for days on end numerous times because of either the prescriber being ill and canceling or us being ill and canceling but then nobody answering a call to get the script in. She’s not seen her therapist in months. I’ve called. I’ve left messages. I’ve emailed. I’ve filled out the contact forms on the website. The phone number down on the website for med clinic also is no longer in service. What a joke of a place.”
