“They will lie to you. Forget about patients rights. When they investigate rights violations they always side with ISK. They give advice that will seem to help, but it really harms you in the long term. When you have a crisis they won't be available. Text your case worker all you want because they won't respond. A month later your case worker shows up at your door saying he was concerned because he hadn't heard from me. All the text asking for help go unanswered. ISK is all about the money. I mean they have a CEO and not a director. CEOs are only concerned with the money. Directors on the other hand direct thing so people get the services they need. As for trust, don't trust anyone from ISK because they WILL STAB YOU IN THE BACK!!”

“Been trying to get services transferred and started for 6 months. 6 months! We have since seen 1 case manager 2x after being rescheduled for "family emergencies" 7x and a new case manager 1 x with her now starting the family emergency reschedules. I thought Kalamazoo had it together better than this. We are drowning out here and You Are supposed to be our life boat. Well, you have a giant hole and we are all sinking together I guess. Thanks for nothing.”

“Moved there offices into the apartment building I live in and are loud constantly letting doors slam behind walking with boots on in a building with paper walls and having continuous loud convos in lobby area that span from talking to yelling at each other from 2 floors up to have a combo this company is unprofessional and will disrupt life around you if they move in”

“Horrendous and unethical practices. They are not transparent with fees. Was told upon enrollment my insurance would be billed and then I receive a bill for over 2k for 2 visits and original enrollment. Sessions were completely useless. Stay away go anywhere else. Regret seeking services with IKS.”
