What patients say on Google

“They such wonderful and caring staff all around.”
David Mickey
“Medical negligence and abandonment is all I have experienced. I was constantly ignored, talked over and down to, and never once got help. I got platitudes and even victim blamed for past abuse I experienced but never anything more than words. I understand supporting your coworkers and staff: but if you constantly back up case managers, and psychiatrists who treat patients with vitriol: you’re just as guilty. I truly hope anyone reading this will love themselves and their families enough to go elsewhere. I wonder how many people who just needed help have ended themselves because of this. (I am worst of after dealing with them, and any semblance of hope I had was taken with it)”

“Transferred over in Feb of 2025. STILL WAITING FOR SERVICES TO START!!!”

“Know a lady living at Red Roof Inn West. She is currently under "guardianship" with Integrated Services". Integrated services knows she cannot handle her finances & is tasked with doing so. However, they have given her her benefits debit card & food stamp card. They also know she has no transportation to buy nutritious food. She also has no way to store or prepare it. She has lived at this motel for 3 years. The rent is almost $2000 per month. Integrated Services has not placed her in suitable housing. She unable to maintain the room for herself & has destroyed it. I myself contacted Integrated Services to inquire about the complete lack of lawfully mandated services provided to this person under their "guardianship" which they charge $350 per month to provide on her behalf. Absolutely nothing has changed or improved. I am beyond appalled at the complete failure to provide this person with the lawfully mandated services to which she is entitled. And they charge her monthly & taxpayers as well for doing NOTHING. How is this allowed to continue? Most recently Integrated Services mailed her a benefits paper check after a screw up. This money has been diverted by the motel manager & her room has not been paid for. What the hell is Integrated Services doing here for somebody at risk under their care?”
