How likely are you to recommend Impact Mental Health Services?
“This is a good program that helps folks fresh out of prison or in need of mental help. Just like anything you want to fix you have to work at it to improve. Yes they will help you but no one will help yourself but you. This is just a building block for better.”
“Absolute Garbage and a joke of a program. After graduating safe harbor recovery I went through their iop service for housing. Was put in a dump of an apartment all the way out in Suffolk with a crazy guy for a roommate, after telling them I desperately need to get on top of getting my id, social, birth certificate back nothing ever happened, I had no way of getting food, doing my laundry or getting a job. So I call another program and ask the impact office to send over my clinicals for an assessment so I can actually get some help, the very next day the OWNER of Impact shows up and personally calls me a squatter, cusses me out and throws me out on the street in the middle nowhere and just leaves. All because I asked that my clinicals be sent to a different program. Thanks alot Walter lol don't ever recommend this place to anyone you love. ALL they care about is money”
“This place is for the birds, my PCP referred my daughter to this practice for memtal health services. I was told to wait at least 2 weeks and if I did not hear anything then to call and my dr office would give me the information. I waited longer than 2 weeks just to give them a little time to have everything in order because I know how referrals are. I called this practice June 5th to inquire about the referral. The lady who answered took my name and number and said she would look into it and call me back in 10 minutes which she did I will give her credit for that. She called back and asked what my daughters name was and I told her, well she once again said she would call me back in 10 to 15 minutes. Here it Is exactly a week later and I have had zero calls back from this place! I have a follow up with PCP soon and I will be asking to ne referred elsewhere because this place has already shown me how they operate. 👎👎”
“A very great place for when you get out of treatment. All the staff are amazing and Mr Walter really cares about people. I decided that after being there a week I was going to go back home to Tennessee. The staff called me several times to check if I needed anything while I was at the bus station. I'm really glad I stayed the whole 7 days. Miss Vanessa is a really good group facilitator and she interacts great with the patient's. Thank you very much.”
