“I have been using this Clinic as my Primary Care provider since 1/2022. I have never had a reason to change. You will see nurse practitioners, and I have seen 4-5 different ones over the years. All of them have been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I have never had any problems getting a referral to a specialist for any issues out of their expertise. Shout out to Stephen Conrad! The front staff are always courteous and helpful, as well as the off-site phone staff. Shout out to Salem and Andrea! The nurses, lab techs and other staff are always smiling and supportive. Shout out to Stephanie S., the nurse manager! She is amazing! They recently moved into a brand new building that is very nice and so much bigger. It has allowed them to add an in-house Pharmacy and additional staff. There is now a therapist in the building. Shout out to Alex Allison! And a psychiatric nurse practitioner is there as well. It really makes it like a one-stop clinic for most of your general health care needs! I would highly recommend it to anyone.”

“I recently moved to Fowlerton, my sister told me about this place. And she recommended N.p Conrad. I like him. He really cares about his patient needs he has already got me in to specialists which my last N.P said she was going to but only followed through with one. And this N.P wasn’t really good at her job but she was extremely nice. When I was hospitalized and was told to follow up with my pulmonologist I would call and the told me she wanted to wait til my appointment which was once a year. I couldn’t get refills on my medications until I seen her but again She only wanted to se me once a year. So I am greatful for N.P Conrad. He got me my meds I needed. I would recommend this place and especially N.P Conrad.”
