“I’m currently receiving TMS treatments at IAM in Madison, and the entire staff has been amazing. Dr. Dhaliwal and the team have made me feel comfortable, supported, and truly cared for. When my insurance initially denied coverage for TMS, they fought for me and got my treatments approved. Having a team that advocates for you makes such a difference. I’m so grateful for their kindness and dedication and highly recommend this office!”

“I was told by the office manager that therapy would cost $60 per session, and I specifically clarified this with her twice. After being subsequently charged 2.5x that per session, I repeatedly asked the office to explain the discrepancy, including in writing, but was never told that the $60 information was incorrect. All they would say is to call my insurance and the billing platform. After doing so, my questions were still unanswered. The practice claims they answered my questions but clarity was not provided until after I demanded a refund for misrepresentation of cost. I continued treatment understanding that this was just another of the numerous billing mistakes by the office. The office manager has still not admitted to having provided false information. Considering the numerous billing mistakes, misrepresentation of costs and lack of accountability, I would stay away from this practice.”
