“Wrote a review last week stating how this place truly ONLY cares about money. Not at ANY point was I asked how I was feeling, or how I was doing. The VERY FIRST thing I was asked , “do you have health insurance?” Upon arrival, I was told I needed to have a Credit Card on file. I explained I don’t do that. When I explained the situation to Richard, he smirked at me and said “we’re not going to be able to take you on as a patient!” Again, let me be incredibly clear, not at any point did ANY counselor ask me how I was doing or feeling. All he cared about was getting my money into his hands. Richard is rude, he’s not professional whatsoever! I can clearly see why this place has a 3.6 star review rating. His rebuttal to my previous review was an all out bold face lie! Please find help elsewhere as this place is not a place for mental help!”
