“Literally impossible to get ahold of. Terrible at communicating and seemingly every employee has different information than the others. Can’t get straight answers or timely help. I guess public service includes zero respect or responsibility towards the patients in need. If you’re relying on this healthcare given how terrible the American healthcare and insurance system is, like me, I wish you endless luck because you’ll need it as a patient of highland rivers. Not to mention my multiple inquiries regarding the Bartow county being my closet location (I live in Cherokee county), and was lied to—forcing me to drive 30 extra miles each way (45+ minutes) when I could’ve seen the Cherokee County location which is 10 minutes away from me. Sorta pathetic to hide bad service and lazy effort behind a granted public service… really wish I had ANY other option…”
