“Great psychiatrist ,great owner, Mr. Judge is excellent and Mrs. Kenya too the only thing is she did not call cps on things that were disclosed and put a lot of that for the parent to do as well as didn't remain neutral and nondljudgmental would be an issue when I needed virtual but would be more than willing to go above and beyond for the father and that type of favoritism does not work well when there family court involved. She would get into her feelings and refused to treat my children when we were on vacation out of state and what cancel and stop seeing the children when I had shared they disclosed things and first she said she needed to talk to her attorney before seeing them they had made disclosures and I they went weeks without seeing her and then she would schedule back when the children were back with the father. Hence for me that affects the children when they see she allies with the father”

I reached out twice via phone and was told both times to complete the online form, with the assurance that someone would get back to me within a couple of business days. It's been months now, and I have yet to hear anything back from them, even after completing the interest form on 2 separate occasions. I was really hoping to utilize them due to their convenient location and had hoped to support the practice as it seems to have primarily black practitioners, but the lack of follow-up is incredibly frustrating. Poor customer service and lack of communication are the reason they get one star from me and I’ve since taken my business elsewhere.”
