“I was very disappointed with my experience. I scheduled a follow-up appointment to discuss abnormal lab results and paid my $100 copay. For my first appointment, I logged in 15 minutes early as instructed, waited, and eventually had to call the office. I was told the doctor was in a meeting and would call me back later, or I could reschedule which I did because I work overnight and had things setup! I rescheduled for the following week. Again, I logged in early and waited. After calling the office, I was told the doctor would not begin follow-up appointments until 3:00 p.m., even though my appointment was scheduled for 2:15 p.m. I waited again, but no one contacted me. After waiting well past the scheduled time, I had to call the office a second time and request a refund. Only after I called was I told there had been an issue preventing the doctor from making the appointment. While I understand emergencies happen, what was most frustrating was the lack of communication. At no point did anyone proactively notify me that my appointment would be delayed or canceled. As someone who works overnight, I stayed awake specifically for these appointments, only to spend hours waiting without any updates. I also had to request a receipt for my payment and later request documentation for my refund. Patients deserve timely communication, respect for their time, and transparency when appointments cannot be kept. I hope the office improves its scheduling and communication so other patients do not have the same experience.”

The bad behavior has just rolled over from one practice to this one. Changing the name does not change the people. They make more excuses over actually assisting those in need.”
