“UPDATE 3/14/2026. Although I was never treated at Greenbrook, I just received a bill from the pharmacist for over $900 Apparently, he must’ve sent the medication to them and they did not return it **** I spent weeks going through their screening procedures to schedule my treatment but they weren’t able to get my medication in time for my appointment and canceled a couple of hours before it. Although I had discussed at length with them how I would pay for the medication the pharmacist would not send it without speaking directly to me and I was not able to do that because I was traveling. I spoke with the clinic the evening before my appointment and asked if I should reschedule and they said no, the pharmacist might be able to get the medication to them the same day. Then the day of my appointment they called and cancelled. When I tried to speak with a clinic manager to complain they were not available. I’m not going to be a patient here I have no confidence in them.”

“After a one hour consultation,2 physician referrals and oodles of annoying phone calls I was told my insurance deductible was $400 per visit.An amount I cannot afford Greenbrook should know how much insurance covers before they waste your time. I guess they figured with all the footwork I did,I would give in and pay that amount. I should charge them for my time.”
