“Dr. Ngante is a phenomenal psychiatrist. I will not go into detail about my medical health, but she is great. I have been a patient of her for three years and she’s helped me through many tough situations such as grief, loss, unemployment, homelessness, and severe depression. She’s not only fills my medication, but she also provides me a little counseling. Typically when you go see a psychiatrist, they do not counsel you. They just schedule you for 15 minutes to fill your medication, but she always takes the extra time to check in with me. What is even more impressive is that she actually remembers things that we talked about previously and she will touch base on it and see how I’m doing with the previous issues. Dr. Ngante always has students (with the patient’s permission) listen in & learn from her . My whole family goes to see her now and I couldn’t imagine seeing anyone else. The other clinicians in the office are phenomenal as well. One of my family members see Dr. Trish who conveys empathy & concern. Her office staff is very amazing especially Ava who answers the phone every time is an asset to the company . She was always professional, courteous, and polite. Never once have I called with an issue and she has not got back to me. She will always call back and is very prompt. Hands down a phenomenal mental health practice.”

“I needed an appointment asap, and they were able to get me seen super quickly. I had my initial appointment, was told to plan to do a drug screening within the next week before my follow up appointment to discuss testing results and a treatment plan. All my questions and concerns were answered in the first appointment. I truly felt like I was being heard and not rushed through an appointment. I came in for my screening and the staff is so nice and welcoming. P.s. the office smells amazing!”
