How likely are you to recommend Grace Assessment and Therapy Services?
What patients say on Google
“Dr Spurrier and her staff are wonderful to work with. Dr Spurrier has shown incredible patience with my children and is able to make them feel comfortable ensuring the most accurate results. Grace Assessment has been an absolute please to work with”
“We were having testing done with one of my kids. They scheduled apts without talking to us about dates or anything. We missed one apt because we didn't know about it. We called and spoke with the receptionist, she was very rude and abrasive. She hung up on my husband, talked over him the whole time and was plain rude. She was also rude to me when I called. So the owner called and left a message saying that we are not a good fit for their practice and find another place. Seriously, they do not care about their patients. So, now my daughter doesn't have what she needs (closest place that does this specific testing is in northern Virginia). And why? Because of disagreements and a phone call? We were not rude but we did call the receptionist out for being rude, Guess they didn't like that?? How unprofessional. BTW, we had worked with them before. They have literally had 4 of my family members (me included) as patients over a 3 year period. The previous receptionist was amazing and helpful. He was never rude. So for the owner to cut us off without even talking to us, is insane. The only difference in communication this time was one person. The receptionist.”
“Counseling during 2nd session was completely unprofessional. Was told from counselor that sometimes she has to get angry with her clients. Session got extremely out of line and there was zero progress towards the issues. This service was used for coparenting counseling and I would not recommend any services from this office.”
“Dr Spurier was able to bond with my children over a very short period of time and get them the help they needed quickly.”
