What patients say on Google

“The person who did my counseling was professional and kind. The counseling was very helpful and I learned a lot and was able to make a lot of progress. Had an over-all good experience. My only complaints are: 1. The office needs more counselors. There are too few for the amount of students and those who desperately need frequent visits are unable to get them due to few openings. 2. There should be a way to schedule an appointment without calling. Having to call to schedule an appointment is a huge obstacle for people who struggle with anxiety and other such conditions.”
Jolie “Darien” Simmonds
“Changed counselors multiple times, I am dealing with an anxiety disorder and having to constantly be switched around made me more anxious about going than it did help, having to meet 3 different counselors in the span of a year. All of my counselors would give me the same responses every time I went, it was more like talking to a wall than a person. They would agree with everything I said and always seemed to be eager to end the appointments. Counselors seemed to be unaware of what to do and I made no progress overall and would say that my experience here has made me feel more like a burden. I would not recommend this place,”

“Always very helpful. Doctors are friendly and definitely know their stuff. The biggest complaint I have is the length of time to see someone, which can often be up to a month. We just got a therapy dog though! ❤”
Kobi Tate
“Had hands down the worst counseling experience of my life here. I wouldn't recommend this place to any college student unless they want their problems to be worse or judged. Was being told either I did what they wanted or they were ending my services, saying I had to do something that I was extremely uncomfortable with and when I said I didn't feel comfortable with it I was told then they would not continue my services. Horrible.”
