“Saw Dr freeman in 2017 very good doctor although he didn’t give me reasonable notice or an explanation when ending treatment or help me transition to new doctor this a a violation of the code ethics doctors are licensed are subject and he could have gotten an complaint and a lawsuit for malpractice While psychiatrists have the right to end treatment, they must ensure the patient has reasonable notice and a chance to find a new provider. And that the patient is not in crisis”

“I have been managing my mental health actively for going on 7 years. Not once have I met as person as unfit as Edward Freeman. It is mind blowing to me that he is still in practice. The visit felt condescending and accusatory. He was rude and cut me off multiple times. He questioned me like I was lying about my medical history, as well as making several judgement type of comments. He made me feel like I was some sort of criminal trying to prove myself, instead of a patient managing their illness. Mental health is a field that he does not belong in.”

“I’ve been seeing Dr. Freeman for about 10 years with maybe a small gap due to a divorce and insurance changes. However, I still remained his patient and he was willing to work with me as a self pay patient. However, reading some of these reviews made me laugh. I’d give this office 10 stars if I could. I even drive from Leander and will continue to see him as long as he’s practicing and make the drive.”

“I have always been an advocate for Dr. Freeman and his office, even after reading all of his horrible reviews. However now I understand exactly why the reviews are left. I was seen in 2017 while in town on LOA today I was told that I need to find another DR due to missing an appointment!!! I never missed an appointment I was not a regular patient and to think if I was I would be punished for missing an appointment 7 years ago is asinine! The front desk people are extremely unprofessional if you are unlucky enough to get Patrick before he even listens to a word you have to say he transfers you to his even more unprofessional counterpart. I have recommended many people to look past DR freeman’s reviews and trust his care I see that was a horrible mistake.”
