“I am absolutely appalled at the way these Therapists have behaved with me. My 15 year old daughter who struggles terribly hasn't seen her Therapist Kaitlyn in months. Why? Kaitlyn calls off constantly. What happens when we don't show up? We are removed from the facility. I was treated poorly because I was trying to juggle my Employment (1parent household) and their therapy. I had to have certain times in order to keep my job. If I call off, there are repercussions. We fortunately have an amazing Case Manager that supported us way more than the therapists have. We have 2 separate therapists that call off regularly. I will be switching my daughter's to Path Behavioral as I work there and I know for a fact our therapists show up every day to nurture the Clients Mental Health. This is a very serious job and our Mental Health Community need therapists to at least show up. My daughter is home from school today, a mess, because her therapist doesn't show up. Her mental health took a dive today BECAUSE OF this place. I am beyond disappointed. Thank God I can find a place where the Client's well being is priority. It's so sad that this is the place our community is depending on.”
“Very unprofessional!! Was told they won’t refill my child prescription until we go to the Lima office to meet with her counselor. Nothing was said to us on their last visit at the beginning of July! Now my child has been without her prescription medication for almost a week because they didn’t send a new script over to the pharmacy. I’ve been calling for over a week to get it filled and today they finally got back to me and told me that we HAVE to see this counselor in Lima in order for my child to get her meds! Who does that to a child that has problems with their mental health?! Please find somewhere else to go and avoid this place!!!!”
“I wish it would register no stars. The fact that the 1st thing to come up when you look this place up is how rude the front staff is. Not to mention they take as many ppl as they can meaning there is no limit on case loads. This means appts are impossible to get but your only allowed to have 2 scheduled. This place is basically turning into a drug addiction facility like the 3 or 4 we already have in town. More times then not there is someone in there in front of kids saying they need thier meds or they will just go use and it works cuz employees come from the back and use thier own money to pay and get medications from the built in pharmacy they now have. I've also had employees brag about this when I've complained about how they treat their clients but my daughter doesn't need medication my daughter needs somebody there to talk to and she's not getting that. This was a family place when I first started taking my girls 3 years ago my oldest daughter's counselor left 2 years ago to go to another facility because she couldn't handle the caseloads and my younger daughter wanted to stay with the counselor she knew which I did as long as possible but I can't let my daughter keep getting put in the back burner. So when I told them I was going to go elsewhere but I would stay for my last appointment they went ahead and canceled my last appointment on my daughter who is 8 years old.”
“Great counselor's, but terrible up front reception staff. All I could hear was them complaining about their jobs, their co-workers, cussing non stop and obviously didn't care that people are in the waiting room. Complain at home in private!”
