“Decent some what doctors but have type 2 diabetes and get labs but then never get a call over them. Then I call that I have a blood blot and need the emergency help and can never get the scheduling team to answer nor can I get a nurse line to call back. It’s like I have to treat myself or go to other doctors anyways. Highly thinking of getting another doctor.. plus they says make appointment with my doctor and can’t when they don’t ever answer. This is go in and make your appointment place. I been ignoring this but now I’m in pain and life or death issue. I’m disappointed 8:04am and no answer.”

“They don’t answer their phones, it’s hard to get into contact with someone and when you do they are not very thorough, thoughtful, or easy to work with. I’d skip this one and find a doctor that cares!!!”

“This practice is difficult to get anyone to answer the phones. When you finally do get someone, they almost always say they called you to reschedule when they didn’t, or they do actually call you to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice. This does not help individuals who take their sick or PTO time to schedule appointments to just get bumped with little to no notice. Do better!”
