What patients say on Google
“Taught me the tools that saved my life. The week after our son passed away my husband seen their business card at our doctor appointment and immediately reached out. All that to say that we needed therapy quickly as we were in such an awful and scary place mentally. Scheduling was so efficient and simple. I was responded to promptly and have been able to reschedule every appointment easily. The scheduler went above and beyond to find appointment times that met my needs. They worked with me to ensure I was able to be seen promptly every time. My counselor is seriously amazing (Suzie Seitz). She helped me work through my grief and trauma while also teaching me the necessary tools to HELP MYSELF. Her goal wasn’t ’job security’ by keeping me coming back. Her goal was my wellbeing, my safety and my emotional state. Proud to say that I ‘graduated’ therapy and know that anytime I need additional support that I can reach out again to their amazing scheduling team and get in quickly.”
“Ok so I was recommended by a friend to take my 10 year old daughter here for intensive therapy because regular therapy wasn’t cutting it anymore and I read the reviews and saw pics and still decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. I was willing to try anything. My appointment was set up and papers were filled out and I had it schedule pretty fast and confirmed via text message. I would like to say that scheduling was a breeze but that would be a lie. My appointment was at 10:30 this morning, got there at 10:20, walked in and there was literally no one there to greet us or tell us the "how toos" of anything. After walking the entire building looking for someone, I hear laughter and finally found someone and she asked if I had an appointment. I proceed to tell her I do and show messages confirming such and she tells me that the therapist is usually here by now and to give her a moment to call her to confirm. No problem still trying to give the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward to 11:00 and still waiting on an answer. She comes out and tells me that the scheduler messed up and they never received a confirmation and she’s apologizing. And see normally I wouldn't make a fuss but at this point 30 MINUTES past appointment time, you've got to be actually kidding me. i told her that i had my husband take off work, my daughter missing school and not to mention my schedule being moved about, but this was a HORRIBLE first impression. this was my first appointment and last. i told her id find help for my child elsewhere because i cannot hope that the scheduling system is going to actually put us down when we need to be scheduled. 10/10 do need to fix the scheduling because that's embarrassing for 2025.”
“For some reason there has been an issue with the scheduler being able to reach me by text. I had no idea that I was contacted (fully working phone service) and I've been left in the dark until I sent a message in the therapy portal about a month later. I would like to suggest something that I think would be a more efficient method of contacting potential clients. An email after the last text stating that they tried to contact me and received no response would have shed some light on the situation much quicker. I was trying to patiently wait for someone to get back to me, but I had no idea that I had been marked as "unresponsive."”
“Just saw Susie Arbo give a keynote at Missouri's largest annual mental health conference. I was BEYOND impressed! Tons of current research, practical tips, and the most engaging presentation style imaginable. The conference staff even started her 15 minutes late but she adapted SO WELL it was completely unnoticeable. In front of an audience of like 1000 people? Wow. THAT'S who I wanna' learn about stress management from. Mad respect.”
