“During my mother's visit, she was informed that her prescription would be called into her long-term pharmacy. However, when we arrived at the pharmacy on Wednesday evening, no order had been received. Despite my mother following up on Thursday morning and being promised a prompt return call, no one contacted her. When she called back, she was placed on hold indefinitely. Furthermore, I called Thursday afternoon only to be informed by the answering service that the office is closed until Monday. This "service" was unable to take a message or contact a nurse, leaving my nearly 81-year-old mother in constant pain from her injury over the weekend without her medication.in addition, when you send an email you get a nounce back that the email address is not found. This level of neglect is unacceptable from a doctor's office.”
