It has been super simple to schedule my appointments, she has always be extremely personable, compassionate, thorough, professional, and what matters most to me, she listens to me and lets me have an opinion in my care! So many times with other physicians I’ve had to advocate for myself because they “knew it all” and didn’t think they should listen to me because I don’t have the degree that they do, but that hasn’t been the case with Essential! Dr. Miranda asks me for my opinion, we discuss my options and find the plan of care that best suits me! I am SO very grateful! I would be paying cash so I was "advised" to call back when I had insurance even though I was very persistent on paying cash for the services I needed. After 6 phone calls, I still have 0 appts. There are at least 3 services I needed at this place that I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR just to get help for myself. They won't be getting my business or anyone I know.
