“I Couldn’t get a hold of my pharmacy on the phone, so I contacted the nursing line here for an emergency refill and the lady I talked to completely ignored my needs and didn’t listen to me entirely. My bottle says zero refills. The Walgreens app says zero refills. My doctor told me I would not have any more refills until I see her again in person so I know for a fact, I have no more refills. She said the doctor sent in the request which is not true, I did, and she said the doctor messaged me and I asked her if it was through my chart and she didn’t answer, I never got a message from my doctor. she was telling me that I do have refills because the request was sent in, but even if it was sent in I still have zero refills and she just stopped talking so I hung up. I am in the middle of grief right now and all I needed was my medication and having someone who’s supposed to help you argue with you feels horrible. They then called me and sent me a voicemail saying I need to schedule an appointment with them for the refill when I had already made one yesterday. I feel like no one there is listening to me. I am going to start going to another hospital for my care after this.”

“I saw Mariah Hlava ..she was awful so uncaring and rude rushing me.. trying to put me back on the same medication that I just got off of .. Didn't help at all and was incredibly rude! Dont see her its a waste of time!”

“DR. service is great. Registration is terrible. Check in on line says "See Registration " go to Registration and she says use the phone I am working on something.”

“The staff here treat their patients horribly. I had one good doctor that was understanding of my symptoms. I cried because of all the symptoms I had and they said they’re going to get security. After being overwhelmed! There’s no understanding of chronic illness/pain that can take a toll on a person.”
