“I cannot recommend Carina enough! I have been a patient of hers for over 2 years now, and I have come SO far in my mental health journey. I never once felt like it was a burden or a chore to come to therapy, Carina actually made me look forward to it, knowing what meaningful, intellectual and impactful discussions we would have that day. My treatment feels (is!) very collaborative, like we are making the "next step" decisions together. One of my favorite things about her approach is that she doesn't try to push medications/treatments on you right away (or at all!), like a lot of clinics do. She really gets to know her patients on a personal level, and truly makes you feel like you are talking with an old friend. I have no plans to stop seeing her anytime soon, her clinic and staff are fabulous!”
