“Absolutely abysmal patient support. Providers are unorganized, and the front office staff is completely incompetent. I have requested medical records for the past month. I incurred a $50 fee to have them processed and sent to me, but they were NEVER sent. I've called countless times for an update and cannot go in person because I've moved out of state. My calls are never returned and the secretary is merely a gatekeeper. Post reply Edit: Their response annotated below, was the only communication I've received from them regarding this matter. While I did finally receive my records, it took an unreasonable amount of effort to do so. If you have a single point of failure in a process, you need to revise it. There was no indication that my request was to be fulfilled until I started calling to ask for the status every single day, and given the same BS line that it would be sent to me over the span of several weeks.”
