“Dr. Brown is Amazing. He listens to my concerns, he has tried and successfully worked to get me emotionally and mentally stable to be able to conduct my life without the chaos. He is very compassionate and respectful. However getting the staff to pick up the phone takes days, my only feedback is that Dr. Brown is a very very good doctor, but I personally think the staff is neglecting the patient’s needs to have an appointment scheduled or to make a refill request by not picking up the phone at all ,only 2 options Via the IVR and no response at all after 4 days of calling (calling since Monday today is Thursday) And yes I also Use the app to do any Refill Request and but most times it also requires me To call due to the waiting time., I had to call the hospital to get ahold of Dr. Browns office, to request my refills. Psychiatric medications are just as important as any other health medication, and people should have them ready on a timely manner in order to not disrupt their brain.”
