What patients say on Google

“First Off; I will start off with the part I was impressed with as I cannot down or say anything truly bad about my therapist that I had at Ellie Mental Health. Megan Hickey was my Therapist. She is a very supportive, caring, compassionate, and motivated young woman. Megan is a great therapist, and I feel like she is going to strive in the future with RIGHT administrative support. Megan truly knows what is she doing, and I feel like she is truly going to great thing in the future if she finds the right supervisor to guide her. I personally would give Megan 4 stars herself for dealing with my complicated case with the Knowledge she had at the time as trainee. When it comes to the supervisors and Ellie Mental Health themselves, I give them 1 star. I feel like they lack the ability to guide their clients and therapists in the right direction when handling complex situations. Instead of stepping in to support a trainee with a complicated case, leadership was absent. They leave their therapists stranded and their clients hanging.”

“Lis was friendly sure, Tasha though Tasha was very efficient and on top of EVERYTHING! She was so thorough. Honestly I was going to go elsewhere. Tasha helped get us in the schedule”
Shawna H.
“I spoke with a dude when I tried to make an appointment. I never received a phone call back to inform me that the therapist I was waiting for wasn't accepting new clients. I would have a talk with your admin people. Clients shouldn't have to call to find out such information.”
Zeth Watts
“I’ve called twice now and they sent me to the main office and each time it says leave a message but it won’t let me leave a message. Thanks for the help.”
