“Potential New Patients Beware...Have reached out to the Cornelius practice numerous times to book an initial appointment. Staff will not answer the phone during business hours and messages are not returned. After multiple attempts to contact, I received a snide text message noting I had to communicate only via a patient portal and that having a staff member speak to me was time consuming and inaccurate. Other reviews of this practice indicate similar treatment. Extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude. Please avoid and seek treatment elsewhere.”

“Avoid any of the practices in this group with offices in Ballantyne and on Latrobe as well. Their practice is set up to intentionally make sure patients cannot contact their providers. They will not answer the phones and make contacting anyone there incredibly difficult. Appointments will be changed with no communication to you as the patient, absolutely no regard for the patients they treat. They could easily fix these issues, but choose not to, so why trust them with your healthcare if you can't even trust them with basic communication on changes to an appointment so that you can GET care. Patients are in inconvenience to them, so please do yourself and them a favor and stay away.”
